Production monitoring System

Production monitoring System. Given our long experience, we know how important it is for our Clients to measure the performance of each production step, to have the basis for a continuous improvement of efficiency and quality, as Lean Manufacturing dictates. This product allows our client to measure the performance of their production lines in terms of availability, output yield, and stoppages.

The system collects automatically production data like output rate, status and any other information useful for analysis. Any stoppage is displayed to the person in charge in order to assign a reason (failure, lack of inlet material, maintenance, etc.). The production manager can access KPIs and reports using an intuitive web interface from his own PC. This particular application monitors 9 lines. Data is sent to an ERP based on AS400.
